Description
- As a Data Analyst at Hiptech, you will collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to help shape our product and business strategy.
- You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to identify key metrics, build visualizations, and communicate findings clearly.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that lead to actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, R).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
