Description
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases on a consistent cadence.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into clear requirements.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective sessions to maintain agile best practices.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing effective user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
- Technical background or experience working with software engineering teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar tools.
