Description
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design system management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Define and evolve our design language and component library to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem solving.
- Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Background in motion design or micro-interactions.
